There is more to Gilly than being Yann's wife and business partner. Gilly loves her career as a dentist improving people's confidence in their appearance and their dental health. She has an interest in cosmetic dentistry and has lots of experience and knowledge of tooth whitening. Gilly qualified from Edinburgh in 1983. As a member of the British Academy of cosmetic dentistry she keeps up to date with the latest developments and regularly attends postgraduate course to improve her knowledge. With her four sons to feed, Gilly is good at cooking massive meals. She is a keen judo player (with a black belt to prove it) and like Yann she loves to go off on cycling expeditions and camping weekends.
